Breakfast at Restaurant Le Meurice Alain Ducasse is something I’ll remember for a long time. The dining room, the light and atmosphere, and the quietly elegant service made it feel like far more than just a meal. My Deluxe Suite was beautiful, spacious, and almost palatial, so it was a pleasure to spend time there. From check-in through checkout, everything at Le Meurice felt seamless, and the hotel’s spaces and service impressed me. I enjoyed it so much I didn’t want to leave. It’s a place that made me feel comfortable and cared for throughout, and it felt like stepping into history. I think everyone should experience it at least once. Bertrand was consistently attentive and made sure I was looked after. His warmth and professionalism mattered. This was my first stay at a Dorchester Collection hotel, and they delivered. I’m already looking forward to returning.

We had a lovely birthday stay, with beautiful design and great service. The restaurant was a real discovery. Its dishes were complex and layered, and the tasting menu was generous, but the food somehow felt surprisingly light instead of leaving us heavy as these meals often do. The broth, lobster, and chicken especially stood out. We’ll definitely be back.

We were told there was no problem when we asked if we could have coffee and pastries, then seated in a side room despite plenty of open places in the main room. When we tried to order, the waiter said our choices were no longer available, though we’d seen them served just minutes earlier. Maybe they were the last ones. We tried to choose something else, but then were told pastries couldn’t be served at all, for a reason that wasn’t clear. Very disappointing.

Mr. Zhao at the front desk was the highlight of our stay. His thoughtfulness, real kindness, and commitment to looking after guests made a big difference from the moment we checked in until we left. Without sharing the details, he personally made sure we were treated with great care and generosity. He’s a credit to the hotel, and we’ll definitely return because of the remarkable service he gave us.
