The room was super clean, and the staff are genuinely nice people who do their best to make you feel welcome. Kim at the front desk was especially helpful with changing our dates. Kudos to him, he’s an amazing human.

The Metro is nearby, which made getting around easy, and Kim was especially helpful. We were allowed to leave our luggage safely before check-in and after checkout. The people here are extremely friendly, and I felt very welcome. The hotel is well worth the price.

The hotel has a nice atmosphere and is very clean and comfortable. Rooms are quite small, but manageable. There’s an elevator, though it doesn’t stop exactly at the floor, so you have to go down a few steps.

Before our stay, we checked whether gluten-free bread was available at breakfast and were told it was. But it wasn’t available on any of the three days, even after we asked reception again and reminded them of what they had told us. They made no effort to fix the problem. We asked for a breakfast refund, and they refused.

The reception is open around the clock, the staff are friendly, and rooms are cleaned and tidied every day. It’s a great hotel, with the kind of excellent service you don’t get these days from terrible, unprofessional Airbnbs.
