Hotel Les Deux Girafes

The 11th Arrondissement was such a fun place to stay, lively and eclectic, with lots of Paris character. My daughter and I felt genuinely cared for from the moment we arrived. We came before check-in and were invited to return later, then found our luggage had been put in our room. That thoughtful start made everything easy. The team were remarkable. Julie's bright smile and kindness made us feel at home, and she even secured a restaurant booking for us that evening. Mario went out of his way to help with our TV connections. We also got an unexpected call offering to arrange a taxi to the airport, which we didn't need, but the attentiveness was lovely. Anass took great care of us in the lounge and made an effort to find decaf coffee for me, which I really appreciated. The hotel itself is a gem, a chic boutique place with immaculate rooms, stylish decor and a comfortable feel. We were enchanted by our stay and will enthusiastically recommend it to friends and family. Everyone helped make our Paris trip magical.

We celebrated a milestone birthday here with three people in a family room. There were balloons in the room and a complimentary drink waiting for us. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms immaculate, and the service exceptional. It's in a lovely part of Paris. We had a superb stay and highly recommend it.

We loved the hotel's design and the front desk's warm hospitality. They were always smiling and ready to help, especially Anas. The neighbourhood has a great buzz, with restaurants, wine bars, quaint bakeries and bookshops, but it's away from the tourist crowds and close to the metro.

Anas at the front desk was especially helpful and genuinely nice, clearly taking pride in looking after guests. The staff were all very friendly. It's a peaceful, quiet boutique hotel in a less touristy part of town, with the metro, restaurants and shops still close by. We'd definitely come back.
