It’s on a very busy street, but transport is easy. The room was nice, though there’s no elevator. The alarm sometimes goes off and takes five minutes to stop. If I’d been on the second floor and the alarm hadn’t disturbed my sleep, the stay would have been fine.

The room was very nice, and the equipment all looked new. The location was good too, close to a bus stop for getting to the city center. The downside is that there’s no lift for reaching the higher floors.

Everything was clean and tidy, and the staff were so helpful. I had a very good stay at the hotel and am grateful for all the wonderful hospitality. Thank you for everything ❤️

I wanted to experience a Paris neighborhood that felt more local, and Les Rebelles was exactly right. It’s within walking distance of excellent cafes for a good breakfast and coffee, and close to metro lines for a short ride into the city center. As a solo male traveler, I was very happy here. The bed was comfortable, and the large windows were bright and airy, just as shown in the photos. I didn’t try the hotel’s food or coffee, but they provided a nespresso machine and restocked it daily. The front desk team were friendly and offered helpful local tips. A great hotel and a wonderful stay.

I was too scared to go out again during the stay in case I got locked out a second time. The room was spacious and housekeeping were great, but feeling unsafe outweighed those positives. I had to pay for another room and another Bolt that night, so I honestly think I should get a refund for the night I couldn’t get inside. I arrived wanting to like Les Rebelles Hotel. The staff were nice when I checked in, my room was spacious, and housekeeping were very nice too. But around 1 a.m. on the second night, I couldn’t get back into the hotel. I used the code they’d given me, which I’d photographed, again and again. The keypad had “A” and “B,” so I wondered if I needed to add one, but that wasn’t it. The streets were dark and I was frightened. My Bolt driver was still there, and I kept thinking he should have left by then. I booked another Bolt because the first driver staying there was starting to scare me. I called the hotel, the number listed as “george,” and the number on Google. Nobody answered. I have proof of those calls. In the end, I called a friend staying at a hostel and booked their last room for €187 so I’d have somewhere safe. The next day, my friend, who speaks some French, spoke with someone I believe was Gérald. He kept saying it was “impossible,” but it happened. I was there, trying over and over, shaking and terrified. Later, in daylight, the same code worked. A staff member, I think george, tried to show me how to use the door when he saw me arrive, but I’d already entered the exact same code and it opened. I knew how to use the door. The code should have worked at night. I was even scared to walk back during the day, wondering if I’d got the code wrong, but I entered the same code from that night without looking at the photo. Please check the cameras from that night and you’ll see me at the door trying repeatedly. This ruined my stay. A hotel should have reliable after-hours access and a phone that gets answered at night, especially when guests depend on a door code.
