Libertel Montmartre Opéra

We could get from the airport on public transit without trouble, since the hotel is a short walk from Pigalle Metro station. Sacre-Coeur Basilica, restaurants, and the Moulin Rouge are also a short walk away. La Nouvelle Eve is basically across the street and has a similar show. The hotel worked perfectly for my family. We had a family room and a superior room, and both were clean and comfortable, with the space used well. The beds were comfortable, there were plenty of outlets for charging devices, and an elevator served the upper floors and basement. Breakfast was fresh, varied, and delicious. Staff were friendly and professional, and they kindly let us check in a little early without charging a fee.

The ladies working there were really nice and helpful, and we had a very good experience. Breakfast was great, and the bathroom was great too. Our triple room was a bit too small, with hanging space for only two people. At night the heating sometimes got so strong that I’d wake up sweating under the comforter. The location was great.

We had a lovely view of the area from our little room, and the staff made us feel welcome. The only small gripe was that the pillows felt a bit hard. I’d definitely stay again.

The hotel felt quiet and safe, and the room was clean and comfortable, though a bit small. For Paris, the bathroom was a good size. It’s close to the Moulin Rouge and Sacre Coure, but a couple of the surrounding blocks felt a little sketchy. I stayed three nights while visiting Paris and would recommend the place.
