Hôtel Londres et New York

Breakfast was the one frustrating part. The staff chatted loudly with each other, making the room feel chaotic, and the cheese plates and croissant baskets took ages to refill during busy hours. The egg boiler was repeatedly low on water, so boiling eggs was difficult and slow. Aside from that, my wife and I had a pleasant stay. The room was clean and comfortable, check-in went smoothly, and the front desk staff spoke English, which helped us as non-French speakers. Public transport was easy to reach, making it simple to explore the city. It was convenient and good value, and I’d recommend it to travelers looking for a practical place to stay in Paris.

We slept really well despite the busy central neighborhood, thanks to the excellent soundproofing and comfortable beds. The bathroom was spotless, and housekeeping was very attentive. Reception staff were consistently friendly and helpful. Breakfast had continental choices as well as soft- and hard-boiled eggs. There are plenty of good restaurants nearby, and I’d definitely book again.

You get coffee and tea in the room, and the staff were mostly quite friendly. Breakfast was just okay, the usual continental spread. My main gripe was the body wash pump in the shower: it ran out while I was there, and I had to ask for it to be refilled. The price is reasonable for the location, which is great if you’re in Paris to shop or want easy access to the rest of the city. I was happy with my stay.

We asked for a balcony room facing Place du Havre and got one. It was recently renovated, very comfortable, and impeccably clean. The staff were friendly and did everything they could to help, especially Nathalie, the Hotel Reservation Manager. They really deserve five stars. The location is ideal, close to the places we wanted to visit and right in the shopping district, with public transport just outside. Liviana & Clemente - Milan, Italy
