Lou Suites

The curtains wouldn't close properly, so sunrise around 6-7am brought direct sunlight into the room. That was very disappointing, especially after a long flight and arriving at midnight, even though the reception area looked very aesthetic. The sofa bed hadn't been made, despite our booking being for four people. The front desk guy who showed us the apartment even asked, “Do you know how to make the bed?” Why are we paying for this service? The sheets on it were dirty, with wine stains and crumbs. I wanted to vomit. I've never stayed in a three-star hotel apartment in such disgusting condition. Honestly, a hostel would have been cleaner. There were also issues with the apartment key. We raised the problems with reception the next day and nothing was done. We asked to speak with the manager because the expensive one-night stay wasn't worth our money, time, or trauma, but the manager never contacted us. Do not stay here. Save your money and go somewhere more hospitable.

We stayed for two days with small children. The first day, the TV remote was missing. The guy at reception really wanted to help but couldn't; they found it on the second day, and then we got to watch a cool movie on Netflix. We also found souvenirs from previous residents and a lump of dust under the sofa. Still, we came away with positive impressions thanks to the good staff and location, and the price was relatively low. They provide good capsule coffee, too. 👍🙂 I'd definitely come back. I'd give it four stars, but want to support the hotel with five for now, and hope they'll fix the shortcomings.

The staff were lovely and always available. The apartment was clean and quiet, with beautiful decor. We had a great stay, and I'd definitely come back!

The rooms were really nice and well equipped. I had an excellent stay.
