I booked at the last minute after my Airbnb fell through. The reception is beautiful, and the receptionist, Nadia, was really kind and helpful. The whole place is very clean, the bed was comfortable, and there was a clean little pot with good instant coffee. They provide plenty of soap and shampoo, plus more. Don't be fooled by the relatively affordable rates, it's a very nice stay in my opinion. I'd definitely stay here again.

As the travel date got closer, I was shocked to find that the reservation I'd made for my family through the Booking app had been canceled. When I searched again, the price for the same place and dates had gone up. Canceling without any notice is unacceptable. It's not my fault if they no longer want to offer the earlier price. Paris is crowded with tourists, and finding a hotel near the city center isn't easy. Now I'm in a difficult position because the hotel canceled my reservation. I wish negative ratings were possible, because even one star is more than you deserve.

The room was small and plain, nothing special, but it was clean. The reception staff were nice and helpful. The hotel's best feature is its location, within walking distance of the Arc de Triomphe and Eiffel tower.

Being right in the centre made it easy to get to all the best places to visit in Paris, around 10-15 miles from them. I loved staying at the Louisa and would definitely return. The receptionist was amazing, friendly, and professional from check-in through check-out.

The room was clean and well kept, and it made a cozy place to come back to after a day out in Paris. The staff were so kind and attentive; when I asked for more coffee sachets, they brought them with a smile. The hotel is just a short walk from the Eiffel Tower and the Champs-Élysées, which made sightseeing easy. I had a great stay and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city.
