The noise was the biggest drawback for us. Even with a courtyard-facing room, nearby road sounds came through and were intrusive. Closing the window helped, but then there was less fresh air. I also found the curtains too sheer: with the lights on, people could see what was happening inside, so thicker fabric would be better. On the plus side, the rooms are attractive, bright, fairly spacious, and many have new furniture. The atmosphere is pleasant and dignified for a three-star hotel, and breakfast is plentiful and very tasty. Organization is good, though I’d prefer to prepare my own coffee and tea, which would give guests more freedom and feel more trustworthy. A few details could be improved. One receptionist went out to smoke in the charming courtyard garden, and smoke drifted into the rooms facing it. The room cups are plastic, which feels unimpressive for this hotel. There’s a lobby dispenser that seems to filter regular water; we used it for tea, but the kettle had limescale buildup, so I’d use bottled water for boiling. A regular water cooler would feel safer to me. Despite these issues, the hotel deserves a high rating. Without these details, I’d have given it five stars.

The breakfast was yummy, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the area was quiet with public transport close by. Very glad we picked this hotel, and I can definitely recommend it 👍🏻

The front desk team were all really nice and helpful, especially Ayneric. The breakfast was very good too. The hotel was clean and pleasant, with a metro station about five minutes away and several restaurants and convenience stores nearby.

The room was incredible, and the reception staff were friendly. But breakfast was terrible, and the breakfast staff were incredibly rude the whole time. They made my friend cry, and we left early because we were so upset. Absolutely appalling!

We had two rooms, one twin and one double, for a five-night family break. The location made getting around easy: the Arc de Triomphe is a 15-minute walk, transport links are good, and getting to and from Disneyland Paris was straightforward. There are local shops and a small park just around the corner. The rooms were spotless, tidy, and comfortable, with very comfortable beds and good soundproofing for a great night's sleep. Each had a kettle, tea and coffee, shower gel, shampoo, and a high-quality hair dryer. Bring your own conditioner and body lotion. There’s also a water station downstairs to refill bottles, plus a lovely little balcony and an outside terrace for breakfast or relaxing. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and breakfast was plentiful. For a three-star hotel, this is the best I’ve stayed in. I’d highly recommend it and will definitely be back.
