Maison Barbès

The staff were the real highlight, all friendly, helpful, smiley, and positive. Special thanks to Tamuna on the morning shift and Nazmul at breakfast. They are a m a z i n g!!! The hotel is close to a metro station. The room was small, as is common in Paris, but very well equipped with almost everything you might need. The design is stylish and everything is new, or at least looks new))) Breakfast was a small buffet, basic but very tasty, served in the small lobby. A good place for a couple of days in Paris if the neighborhood and things like that aren’t a big concern.

The multilingual staff were helpful and cooperative, and the location is excellent for tourists, with easy access to buses and metro stations. The room was small, but the stay was comfortable at Maison Barbès, Paris.

Really great stay! The rooms were very clean, housekeeping was great, and the staff were super friendly and accommodating. So close to pigalle and the metro, couldn’t be better!

The staff were absolutely amazing and so kind, but I couldn’t get past the location or feeling unsafe. There were homeless people and their nasty mattresses, plus so many sketchy men on every corner. I was scared walking back to the hotel every evening, and people yelled all night outside our window. I’d recommend staying somewhere else if you’re over 30 and want to feel safe.
