Mercure Paris Tour Eiffel Grenelle

Mr. Shiva, who leads breakfast, deserves a special mention. He was exceptionally polite and worked hard to keep everything organized each morning. The rest of the staff were welcoming, helpful, and polite too. We enjoyed our stay at Mercure Hotel Paris Grenelle. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the location made it convenient to explore Paris, with transport and attractions nearby. Breakfast was included in our booking and offered a very good variety. We’d happily stay again and recommend it to people visiting Paris.

Breakfast was good, though I thought the selection could be better for the price and the hotel’s category. The bed was comfortable enough, but a better mattress would make a noticeable difference to the rest. I had a pleasant stay at the Mercure Hotel. The staff were attentive and helpful, and the room was clean and well maintained. Even though it’s near a train station, the room was impressively quiet, with no outside noise. It’s a solid hotel, and the staff and cleanliness were excellent.

The location is great, with lots of nice cafes nearby and places reachable in 10-15 minutes. Breakfast was good, with nice choices, and it wasn’t too crowded. The staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel feels a bit old, though you can see they’re trying to maintain it, for example by replacing the bathroom. The room was good overall. Its window faced the station, but the area was generally quiet, so it didn’t bother me. For the price, quality, and location, I’d recommend it.

Mr. Shiva went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time at Mercure Granelle. He checked in with us now and then, made sure we were well fed, and was especially helpful with our early check-in. The staff were very friendly, and the service was probably the best I’ve had at a four-star hotel in the neighborhood. The rooms were well maintained and breakfast was amazing. Thanks so much, Shiva, for making our stay feel perfect.
