Good value for money, and the location is handy, with a grocery store very close by. Our room worked perfectly for three, though there were only two glasses. Breakfast was okay, but some vegetables were missing. The main annoyance was the single elevator: guests and housekeeping both needed it in the morning, and one lift really isn't enough. Everything else was positive.

The staff were nice, and once they'd found us a room after some waiting, it was pleasant. Breakfast was okay too. The problem was that, despite emailing the reservation confirmation and credit card details, we arrived to find no room booked at all. I had specifically asked in advance about dust because I have an allergy, but the dusty air vents still hadn't been cleaned.

The location was nice, but the staff were intrusive and unhelpful. The air conditioning was broken during our two-day trip, and luckily we had to put up with it for just one night. They made weak attempts to “fix” it that felt like they were only trying to quiet our complaints. There was no real repair, just a floor fan. I wouldn't stay here again or recommend it.

The room was spacious and nice, but that was the only good part. The toilet is separate and has a very poor ventilation system, and the windows are sealed. Breakfast was disappointing, especially the hot dishes, which were very dry and overcooked. Service was poor too. This doesn't feel like a real four-star hotel.

Ryan, the desk manager, was great, spoke perfect English, and helped us a lot. The neighbors in the area were also fantastic to talk with. Both of our rooms were clean, good-sized, and comfortable. We'd definitely stay here again.
