Modern Apartment -ac-1br-4p-pantheon

We stayed in Modern apartment -AC-1BR-4P-Panthéon, the 4P rather than the 2P unit. It’s on the building’s ground floor and basement, and is very large by Paris standards. The modern apartment has a microwave, induction cooktop, washing machine, fridge/freezer, two bathrooms, a sofa bed downstairs, and two single beds set up as one double, 2 meters long and 1.80 meters wide. Everything was clean. It came with bedding, four large and two small towels, toilet paper, soap, one mini shower gel, and one mini shampoo. There’s no interim cleaning or fresh towel delivery. The owner clearly wanted to provide guests with good accommodation. Outside noise barely carried in, though we could hear residents and the elevator. The city center is easy to explore from here, with a metro station just around the corner, and we’d consider staying here again. Checkmyguest, the management company, wasn’t recommendable. We got the access code on arrival day, then sent two questions and heard nothing back. On the penultimate day, we received only two automatic WhatsApp messages asking whether we wanted late checkout. There wasn’t a paper guide in the apartment with details like the Wi-Fi password. It seems you have to scan the QR code on the modem downstairs, and use the code on the repeater in the basement. There are just two other things that could be improved: the rug under the stairs is a tripping hazard, and the rain shower in the ground-floor bathroom has a rotary control with the button missing. You have to turn it using the screw thread, which is nearly impossible with wet hands. Otherwise, the two rain showers are fantastic and the biggest we’ve ever seen.
