The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed, with a charming view of the tip of the Eiffel Tower. Melanie and Viviane welcomed us so warmly and managed to have it ready early. They’d also left a lovely gift in the room, such a thoughtful touch. At breakfast the next morning, Lhamo took great care of us. The whole team was kind and professional. We had an amazing stay at NH Paris Opéra Faubourg and would definitely return.

The location is perfect, safe, and makes it easy to get everywhere. The hotel itself is charming, very clean, brand new, and modern while still feeling romantic. We also had an amazing view. Everyone was so kind and welcoming. We spent the most time with Melanie, who teamed up with our daughter to prepare a wonderful surprise for our wedding anniversary. Thank you for everything ❤️

We skipped breakfast, though they do have snacks and refreshments throughout the day. The lobby is beautiful, and our room was very clean with decent amenities. The cleaning lady was lovely and attentive, and the hotel staff were polite and friendly, especially Mellänie (my Mel B). There are lots of nice restaurants and cafes right outside. Turn left and you’re heading to Gara du Nord; turn right for Galeries Lafayette and Printemps. Both are at most a 10 minute walk. We’ll choose NH OPERA FAUBOURG again when we visit Paris.

We had one quick day in Paris on January 10th, my first visit, and loved our time here. We arrived early, and Mounir let us check in ahead of time for a small fee, which really helped us get the day off to a good start. The staff were so nice, and the room had everything we needed, plus a beautiful little balcony. Great location. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat if we could.

The rooms were clean and modern, but the staff really made the stay. Lhamo in the breakfast area was especially sweet and helpful, greeting everyone with a smile each morning. Great stay at the NH Paris.
