Nouvel Hôtel Paris

We got to Paris early and couldn’t find another hotel willing to check us in early without charging extra. This was the only one that helped us without hesitation or an additional fee. Verona at reception was especially kind and helpful. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and budget-friendly, and a great deal for the money. I’ll definitely come back next time I’m in Paris!

People’s harsh reviews don’t seem fair to me. This is a proper, traditional Paris hotel. It is a bit old, but the colors and decor stay true to its history. Expect narrow corridors, carpets, wallpaper, and maybe small rooms, but ours was clean and practical. There’s a small, pleasant courtyard with shade and greenery where you can have breakfast outside when the weather’s good. The street is quiet, with cafes, shops, restaurants, and a metro station nearby. If you arrive by car, ask about a parking discount. I’d come back without hesitation.

It’s an old place, but clean, and the staff are nice. No elevator. The metro is two minutes away.

The building is cute and elegant, and the staff are friendly and very helpful. Bathrooms are brand new, but the rest of the interiors feel old and a bit thrown together, so the place could use some renovation. It has lots of potential and could be much better with a little care. For the price, it’s absolutely good value, and the Nation metro station is just two minutes away with connections to all the important Paris sights. I’d definitely return.
