Clemence et sephora The team were courteous and attentive, service was prompt, and the dining room had a pleasant atmosphere. The food itself was fresh, full of flavor, and nicely presented. There was enough variety for different tastes, and the ingredients came through in every dish. Thanks to the chef and staff for keeping taste and hygiene at such a high standard. It was a memorable meal, and I'd recommend the hotel for good food and hospitality.

I was there for a few days on a work and leisure trip. The location is fantastic, the hotel is large, and reception was really good. The free still and sparkling water taps by reception were great. So was the 24-hour room with vending-style machines for drinks, snacks, meals, and even umbrellas. We only discovered it on day two, though, and it would've helped if reception had mentioned it at check-in. The rooms were a letdown. They were okay but felt tired and a bit grubby. The toilet is across the room from the bathroom and has no sink, while the bathroom itself is cramped. Cleaning was erratic, and our room wasn't serviced every day. Spa facilities weren't great either. Towels, a hat, and lockers were all fine, but the pool felt like a poorly maintained community pool. The sauna was okay, though it felt like one in a local council fitness centre.

My wife and I love walking, and we covered 60 miles during our week here. The location suited us, with a Metro station nearby and good shopping around the corner, including A Monoprix and an indoor mall. We enjoyed Disneyland and the amphibious bus, Canards de Paris. Staff were kind at every step, from baggage help and check-in to concierge, housekeeping, and the bar where I got my morning cafe au lait. The maids went above and beyond, and the room was very comfortable. Most people seemed to speak enough English that we had no problems.

I booked at the last minute for a business trip, and the hotel service stayed friendly and smooth the whole time. Breakfast was good, though on a few mornings I had to wait a little before getting a seat. The other amenities were good too.
