Hôtel Joke - Astotel

My single room had everything I needed, and was stylish and quiet. The staff were really welcoming, the location was perfect and the stay was excellent value. I'd definitely come back.

I had everything I needed for my Paris trip, whether for business or pleasure, and would definitely recommend hotel Joke-Astotel. The staff were extremely kind and helpful, and the room and other areas were spotless, with a few welcome gifts. It felt cozy and full of character. Breakfast was wonderful and offered lots of variety. There are plenty of local diners nearby and a metro station close at hand, while the major sightseeing areas are also within walking distance if you like a longer stroll.

The welcome at reception was warm, and the service stayed excellent throughout our visit. Everyone on staff was polite, friendly and ready to help. Our room was spotless and very comfortable, and the whole hotel was impressively clean. Breakfast had a delicious range of fresh options too. We couldn't have asked for a better stay. I highly recommend it and would come back.

When I injured my knee during the stay and couldn't walk without crutches, the staff at the Joke Hotel took such good care of me. My husband picked up crutches so I could get around a little, and the English-speaking woman at reception found a doctor who could come to our room. He was kind, knowledgeable and thorough, and spoke English; my husband was able to fill the prescription he gave me. I'm so grateful for the staff's compassion and help beyond what they had to do. Thank you, thank you, thank you! I'd definitely return and highly recommend it. The hotel is close to the metro and Moulin Rouge, with lots of Brasseries, Bistrots and Bolangerie/Patisserie nearby. We went daily to Aux Delices Du Moulin, just a 30 second walk away, for its delicious food and wonderful variety. The room was clean, had everything we needed and was well priced. It was handy to have an elevator for our heavy suitcases and a mini bar fridge for leftovers. Everyone from reception to the cleaning staff was helpful and accommodating throughout. Visiting from Canada.
