Parc Hotel Paris

The room itself was clean and comfortable, but we had two serious problems. We were charged €20.8 in city tax for two people staying two nights, even though the booking said €1.88 per person per night. I don't know whether the platform information was misleading or the hotel charged incorrectly. Also, the glass bathroom door came off its hinges as we tried to close it, injuring both my fiancée and me. After we told the staff, they seemed more concerned about damage to the room than about us. It raises questions about the room's design and construction. We hope management will respond and resolve these issues. Update: Six months later, we're still waiting to hear from the hotel. At least they left a contact email in their reply.

The room's small, but you're only sleeping there, so why does it matter? The shower doorway is quite narrow. I'm sure only really thin people would have no trouble getting in and out.

My room had just been renovated and was really nice. It was small but organized well, IKEA-style, with a nice view, a good TV, a modern bathroom, and plenty of outlets. The staff were very friendly and even offered travelers guidance. Thank you!

The mattress was too soft for us, and our backs ached every night. Street-facing rooms are noisy at all hours, and you can hear conversations and other sounds from rooms above, below, and elsewhere in the building. Booking.com advertises the rooms as soundproof, but they aren't. If you want a good night's sleep, avoid this hotel.
