Source Hotel

The hot water worked, and the hotel is really close to Porte de Saint-Ouen on Metro Line 13. There’s a market and a few restaurants within walking distance, and getting to Adidas Arena via the T3b line takes only a few stops. Thanks to the hotel staff. The room was tiny, though mostly clean, with a few small bits of dirt on the ceiling. The bed was only moderately comfortable. I could shower without hitting the walls, but the shower head could use a small adjustment. There wasn’t a “do not disturb” tag, so housekeeping came in even though we didn’t need service. You can feel the metro moving and vibrating because of the location. Slippers would be a must at this kind of hotel for the price, but there weren’t any. No refrigerator either, though that didn’t matter to us.

We were a family of five and found the rooms worked really well for us. The staff were kind and accommodating, and the metro is very close. There are also some great restaurants just a walk away.

The hotel was spotless, and the reception team was attentive around the clock. It’s right beside the Metrô Station, with good restaurants and a welcoming atmosphere in the area.

The cleaning staff stole my wallet, which had all my money and my passport cards. When I noticed it was gone, the person at reception defended them and said they knew nothing, even though the room was locked and only housekeeping had access. I called the police, who told me to go to their headquarters because this hotel already had too many irregularities and complaints. They ruined my whole vacation. The triple room included breakfast, but it was small and dusty, even the linen. The pillows were far too soft, and the bathroom was rusty and smelled strongly of sewage. If you want stress and a ruined holiday, go there. Avoid it.
