Paris Rooms & Dreams Hotel

The staff were kind and helpful, and the hotel was good value. My room was warm, with very warm shower water, though the bathroom could have been cleaner. It wasn't a big problem. The place is quiet at night, with a bus stop nearby. Gare de nord is about 20 minutes on foot or five by bus, and Montmartre is a 20-minute walk. There are some supermarkets near the hotel.

There was no elevator or air conditioning, and the hotel is in one of the worst neighborhoods in Paris. We arrived, looked around, and left straight away to find somewhere else. We didn't stay a single night. Save your money and vacation, and stay elsewhere.

The staff were very nice. The place was okay, though a bit old and dusty. The rooms got very hot, sometimes too hot, and the street-facing room was noisy. There was a ticking sound at 1am that made it harder to sleep, and the refrigerator was noisy too. The toilet could perhaps use replacing.

It's a clean, nice hotel without anything special, but a good option if you want a cheaper place for a couple of days. Montmartre, cafes and metro stations are nearby. I'd recommend it.
