The tap and shower wouldn’t work in the mornings, and the blind wouldn’t close. Worse, someone came into my bedroom two days in a row without even knocking. Someone also took €60 from my bag. I complained to reception and they did nothing. I filed a police report, but that didn’t lead to a resolution either. This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in.

The rooms looked nothing like the pictures I booked from. Mine was dirty, the bathroom seemed like it was from 1900, the TV didn’t work, and there was no hair dryer. The employees didn’t seem to care about guests. To make things worse, they charged me twice and won’t return my money. The worst.

It’s a low-cost place with friendly staff and a good location, though the neighborhood isn’t so great. Ask for a room with a comfortable toilet. From the stairway on the third floor, you can enjoy a view of sacre cour at night.

The bathrooms were completely wrecked and broken, and wouldn’t even turn on. They won’t give you towels, and there’s no real service to speak of. The people here are rude and arrogant. If you want the worst night’s stay, this is the place.

It was a terrible experience, and I don’t recommend it. The room wasn’t clean, and reception was very aggressive with us. They wouldn’t accept payment by credit card and told us to go out and get cash. I had to call the police for help.
