Hôtel du Petit Moulin, Haute Couture hotel by Lacroix

The honesty bar was a nice touch. It made it easy to have a drink before heading out, and was a relaxed way to chat with other guests and the staff. Everyone working there was friendly and helpful, and made us feel at home throughout our honeymoon. We had a great time. Our room was clean, beautiful, larger than we expected, and everything worked as it should. The location was excellent too. We could walk to almost everything we wanted to see. Highly recommend it!

We were surprised by how much nicer the hotel was than it looked in the online photos. Our deluxe room was comfortable and clean, with plenty of space for Paris, and even had a king-sized bed. The bathroom was roomy and updated too. Staff were friendly and helpful. The neighborhood was pretty quiet at night, but there were lots of good cafes, boulangeries, and shops nearby. We really enjoyed our stay and will absolutely come back on future trips.

The breakfast was my one criticism. The hot food needed to be kept warmer, while the juice and cereal milk should have been cold. The room temperature for everything made the meal unpleasant. If the breakfast had been better handled, this would have been a five-star stay. It’s a great boutique hotel with beautifully decorated, well-maintained rooms. The staff were amazing, attentive, and very friendly, with top-notch service.

It’s quiet at night, which made it easy to relax and sleep well. Breakfast was delicious, with lots of fresh, tasty options. The staff went above and beyond to make me comfortable, and the stylish, unusual design gives Hôtel du Petit Moulin a charming, special feel. I had a fantastic stay in Le Marais. There isn’t much nightlife right around the hotel, since it’s in the middle of the fashion district. Other lively parts of Paris aren’t far away, though, so it’s easy to head out and find something to do in the evening. I’d highly recommend it for a chic, peaceful stay in Paris.
