We found this place when looking for good French food late at night, around 11pm, and got lucky. The duck and beef cheek were cooked perfectly and tasted amazing. The portions were so generous we couldn't finish. The waitress and the rest of the staff were lovely and kind. Such a nice experience. Just go, you won't regret it.
There were lots of locals eating here. I walked in to see if I could get a seat, and the local restaurant staff were accommodating and friendly. The food was good too.
The service was great, even with just one server covering the whole restaurant. He was clearly rushing around, but still checked that we were alright and got our food to us quickly. We had a fantastic three-course dinner, with drinks and espressos, for just over €50 per person. The atmosphere was lovely too. It was the best meal we had in Paris, and we’re already planning to come back on our next trip.
The steak sauce was amazing, and the place itself looks beautiful. I enjoyed my visit, though most of my friends weren’t as keen. The portions are on the small side and the prices are high, but I’d definitely recommend trying the sauce with the steak.
We were there for more than three hours just for dinner, and the food wasn’t very good either. Sorry, but I can’t recommend this place.
