Prince de Galles, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Paris

Akhil really made our anniversary stay special. He was attentive the whole time, especially at breakfast, and went out of his way to make sure things were just right. His warmth stood out, and he was easily the hospitality champion of our visit. Thanks as well to Leon and the whole team for their thoughtful service. The hotel itself is lovely, welcoming, beautifully kept, and right in the center, so nearby sights and the city are easy to explore. We had a memorable time and would be happy to return. Highly recommended for a comfortable stay in Paris.

The room was beautiful, with tasteful details that mixed Art Deco style and modern luxury. It felt like a home away from home, and we weren't ready to leave. From check-in to check-out, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. Everyone was warm, attentive, and elegant, and no request seemed too small. The Prince de Galles is a special place, both grand and personal. It became a real memory for us and set a high bar for luxury hospitality. We're already looking forward to coming back, and would recommend it to anyone wanting an extraordinary stay in central Paris.

During our stay, I was scammed by a taxi driver and charged 1,500 euros incorrectly. It was a very stressful experience, but the hotel team stepped in right away. Slimane, the security manager, and the duty manager helped me through the whole process, from filing a complaint with the police (commissionnaire in Paris) to contacting my bank to challenge the transaction. The case is still ongoing and hasn't been resolved, but their calm, professional guidance made a huge difference. I felt cared for and supported. My sincere thanks to the receptionists, concierge, duty managers, sales manager, Slimane, and everyone else who helped. Their kindness and assistance showed the hotel's standards and integrity.

Alexander and Louise at the Concierge Desk made our first trip to Paris magical. They helped book dinners, arrange tours of popular sights, and find the best patisseries. We stopped by every day and they were always warm, helpful, and sincere. On our way to the airport in the private car, we found a personal note from Alexander with macaroons wishing us safe travels. I got teary eyed. Such a thoughtful way to end our stay, and we hope to return soon. My husband and I were there two weeks ago for my 50th birthday. The Prince de Galles was ideally placed, just moments from the Eiffel Tower, Seine River, Champs-Élysées, and Arc de Triomphe. Staff were friendly and attentive whenever we came or went. The restaurants were gorgeous, the food exceptional, and the wait staff had lovely food and wine suggestions. We had great conversations and lots of laughs. We highly recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Paris.
