10/10
Getting around Paris was easy for us with metro lines 9 and 10, even though the hotel isn’t right by the city center. My family and I spent 10 nights in the Prestige room, which was comfortable and well equipped for such a small hotel. I picked it because of its strong cleanliness rating, and it lived up to that. I’d definitely stay at Queens hotel again next time I’m in Paris.

We found it very easy to get anywhere in Paris from the metro nearby. The place is listed as three star, but it felt like five to us. Our balcony room was excellent, with a comfortable, very clean feel and elegant, high quality design and fittings. The atmosphere was great, and the staff were extremely friendly and could speak English. We spent New Year’s Eve there and had a really pleasant time. We skipped breakfast, but there are plenty of bakeries and restaurants close by.

There are lots of restaurants and patisseries nearby, and Jasmin Metro stop on Rue Ribera is close, along with other stops. We had a lovely stay in a quiet, comfortable hotel that’s been fully updated and is well located. The staff were extremely helpful, and the desk is staffed around the clock. There’s even an elevator. You can get a full breakfast here, and I’d say it’s worth having. I’ll definitely recommend it to friends.

The front desk team were kind, understanding, and accommodating. The hotel is in a nice, quiet neighborhood, with public transit an easy walk away and good connections to the city’s main sights. Our room was modernized, very clean, and had all the necessities. Highly recommended.

The receptionist was so friendly. When I worried about ordering pizza without speaking French, they offered to place the order and then brought it up to my room on a silver tray. The room and location were lovely, and the staff were lovely too. I had a wonderful, comfortable stay.
