A quiet little hideaway right in the heart of Paris. Our room was surprisingly spacious, and the whole check-in and check-out process was seamless. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help, with Roxane in particular bringing real hospitality know-how as manager. They made the hotel feel like a home away from home. It’s also genuinely set up for babies, with everything we needed for ours during the stay. We’ll choose it for our future Paris trips.

I really enjoyed talking with the staff, and the service made my stay a fantastic experience. Everyone was respectful, helpful, cooperative, and friendly. The hotel itself was lovely too. Special thanks to the four people I met at reception during my stay, November 19-20, 2025.

We were five people and got a lovely attic apartment spread over two floors. The rooms felt luxurious and delicate, with a great atmosphere. They welcomed us with bubbles in the room, macarons, and a handwritten note. Everything was clean, and the staff were helpful. The location worked really well too, with restaurants and cafés nearby, the metro a short walk away, and the Louvre and parks about 18 minutes on foot. A fantastic stay at this aparthotel.

The staff were the real highlight. They greeted us warmly, chatted with us, and were always kind and polite when helping. We also loved the breakfast, even though it came through room service. Everything arrived fresh, tasty, and complete, especially the croissant and hot chocolate. Our room at Rayz Vendome was spacious, clean, and fully equipped, and the location was top-notch.

8/10
The room looked nice when we first walked in, but it’s showing wear: chipped paint, furniture with edges missing, and cracks in the bathroom wall. Still, it was a big room, which is unusual in Paris. The staff were friendly, and the location was superb, with lots of food nearby and metro stations close by.
