Relais 12bis B&B

Oliver was such a delightful host. He helped us with reservations and ideas for places to eat and visit, and made our first trip to Paris really memorable. The location is easy to walk from to reach everything, without feeling overcrowded, and we felt very safe. The rooms were lovely, with comfortable beds and bathrooms, and breakfast was tasty each morning. I can’t say enough good things about this little Bed and Breakfast. We’ll definitely be back!

The daily room cleaning and exceptional customer service made this feel like a home away from home. Leo welcomed us so warmly, then Dimitri took over for him and made us a special breakfast every day: fresh-squeezed orange juice, Brie, croissants, baguettes, fresh meat and eggs, plus delicious coffee and tea. Leo’s father also came by to visit and check that we were comfortable. My family and I stayed in the family suite, which felt like having two hotels in one. The B and B is about a six-minute walk from the Eiffel Tower, in one of the safest parts of Paris. It’s a beautiful, very special place. For tourists, this is the best place to stay. Thank you for making our visit magnificent, Leo and Dimitri, you guys are the best!

The hosts, Leo and Philippe, made us feel like family and shared fantastic local recommendations. We loved the cozy lounge, where breakfast came with fresh croissants, homemade cakes, and plenty of coffee. Complimentary snacks and drinks throughout the day were a lovely extra. Relais 12bis is in a charming, quiet neighborhood just steps from the Eiffel Tower. The rooms are spacious, beautifully designed, and spotless, with modern bathrooms that feel luxurious. This is Parisian charm at its finest. Can’t wait to come back!

The location was central, safe, and convenient for exploring Paris, and the housekeeping was excellent. Every part of our stay was handled with care and professionalism. It felt like a home away from home, and I can’t wait to return. Leo greeted us so warmly and made us feel at home right away. His fresh French breakfast each morning was a lovely way to start the day, and his local restaurant recommendations made our trip more memorable. His friend Demetri and his girlfriend were just as kind and friendly. On our last day, Leo’s father stopped by for a chat, a sweet and genuine gesture that stayed with us. One especially touching moment was Leo being the first person to congratulate my fiancé and me on our engagement. My only regret is not taking more photos to remember how amazing the place was.
