The food was okay, and the woman serving us was amazing. But the meat was so hard to cut and chew that I raised it with the manager. He said we should have mentioned it earlier, which wasn’t helpful. It’s my second time at this restaurant, but I won’t be going back. They handle customer complaints poorly.

The place has a cozy feel and is nice for a drink, with some non-alcoholic choices too. Service was pleasant, and the French onion soup starter tasted good. The rest of the meal was a letdown: my fish special wasn’t nice, and came with very thick, heavy risotto and a couple of overcooked leeks. My partner’s beef tartare was bland. Cool spot, terrible food.

We showed up on a Sunday night without a reservation and still got a table, right by the bar. The food was great, the drinks were really good, and we had one of our most fun nights in Paris. Thanks to all the staff, especially David, the bartender. We had a great time and would definitely recommend it.
