I moved out in early July after living there for nearly two years. The owner asked me to leave, then said the director was away and used that as a reason not to return my €1300 deposit. The director came back on July 27, but I still haven't received the money, even though I owed no rent and caused no damage. I've now started legal proceedings to get it back.

I spent eight months at Hotel Erasmus. Alexandre, Hayat, and the rest of the team were warm, welcoming, and always ready to help.

The studio was comfortable and clean, and having the metro nearby made getting around easy during my studies. I had a very good stay at the Erasmus residence. Thanks so much for making me feel welcome.

Whenever work brings me to Paris, this is where I stay. It’s quiet and peaceful, and the service is flawless. For the price, that’s especially appreciated so close to the capital. I recommend it 100%!

I spent a few months at Erasmus and would definitely recommend it. The metro line 13 makes it easy to get around Paris, and the rooms are clean with all the amenities provided. Everyone made me feel welcome, and Alexandre was especially helpful. I couldn't have found a better place for my stay.
