If you're looking for practical accommodation, this place works well. There's no spectacular view, but the room isn't cramped, you can cook for yourself, and the metro is less than a five-minute walk away. The nearby train does make some noise, though the metro stops running at bedtime, so it wasn't much of a problem for us. The front desk staff were friendly, definitely not rude. I'm checking out now, after enjoying Paris's sights and food on this trip, 20 years after my last visit.

The shower was mounted too high and the water pressure wasn't great. Apart from that, everything was good, especially the well-arranged kitchenette.

The receptionist was so kind, and I loved the breakfast, especially the orange juice. The room was clean and had a nice amount of space. I'd definitely come back.

For a short trip, it had what we needed: a small kitchenette with a table and chairs meant we didn't have to eat out for every meal. The place wasn't new, but it was clean and comfortable. It did get really hot and stuffy, even with the air conditioning.

The kitchen had enough for a family of four to cook, and with a Lidl just downstairs it was easy to pick up supplies. The rooms were clean and well looked after, and the bed and bedding were decent. But there was more mould than I would have liked, and the train noise was unbearable. With the window shut on colder days it might be manageable. In warmer weather, you have to open it and then there's no sleep. There's no air conditioning.
