Saint-Georges Duplex

We made good use of the free laundry, washing three batches during our week-long stay. I also tried the gym, which had new equipment for a quick workout: dumbbells, kettlebells, a bench, treadmill, back machine, and mats. The room was spacious, clean, and well kept, with a balcony that made the stay feel a bit more glamorous. There was plenty of cabinet space for our family of four, and the kitchenette had enough plates, cups, and utensils. The location was convenient, between two train stations with a short walk to either, and there were lots of brasseries and restaurants nearby. I'd recommend this place 100% and would book it again on a future trip.

The room was small but comfortable, and the location was good. I accidentally left some shopping in the closet. I contacted the staff 12 hours after realizing it was missing, and they wouldn't send it to Finland. I was happy to cover all the costs and extra, but in the end they didn't even reply. Very poor customer service.

The area was lively during the day and quiet at night. Our apartment felt clean and modern, and everything was ready when we got there. Self check-in was quick and straightforward.

The kitchenette came in handy for breakfast and snacks, and the location was good for reaching different parts of the city. There's a Metro station just up the road for farther sights. We stayed three nights in late July at the end of a three-week trip around Europe. It was decent overall, clean, and fairly quiet, though for the price I might have expected a bit more. Still, it's a big European city and perhaps that's the going rate for this area. We weren't wowed, but we weren't disappointed either. Space was tight for our family of three. There wasn't much room for luggage, and opening the sofa bed took up most of the living area. The bathroom was cramped too, with elbows and knees always bumping into something. The tiny balcony had a pleasant view, but there wasn't room for a chair to sit out with a coffee. Information was communicated promptly and clearly. There are no keys, just a code for the building and room. A worker is usually in the lobby during normal working hours, though we never needed help.
