My family member was hospitalized in serious condition on the reservation date and needed heart surgery, so we couldn't travel. We gave them nearly two weeks' notice, but nobody contacted us with a solution. They only kept saying to wait for management to respond, and we're still waiting for our €1700 refund. Such a lack of empathy. It feels like all they care about is the business. Thanks for being so helpful.
