Hotel Terre Neuve

The staff were so friendly and welcoming. We had a quiet room that was a good size, especially if you’re out most of the day. The location is fantastic if you want a less touristy neighborhood with lots of cute cafes.

The room was beautiful, clean, and spacious, and the staff were very kind. With a metro station nearby, you can get around Paris in no time. It’s a great option on the edge of the city if you don’t need to stay in the center. Breakfast wasn’t worth the money. We arrived at 9:30, half an hour before it closed, and most of the food was already gone. We had to gather up the leftovers like hamsters. I’d book the room and get breakfast at the bakery around the corner. All in all, we had a good experience.

The only part that bothered us was the lack of privacy during morning room cleaning. We had put a “do not disturb” sign on the door, but it wasn’t respected. Otherwise, we had a very good five-day stay. The room was clean and stylish, the bed was very comfortable, and reception was available for check-in and any issues at any time.

For €421, we got a room with a moldy shower, cracked tiles, and a window looking straight at the neighbors, so there was no privacy. The location felt out of the way, which added to our dissatisfaction. Breakfast was poor value too, Carrefour food at €15 per person with no service. An absolute joke.
