The rooms are small, as you'd expect in Europe, and it can be a bit pricey. But the staff are outstanding, breakfast is excellent, and the location is great. Metro line 8 is right across the street, with connections to get you anywhere.

The soup was cold, and the food wasn’t great. The waitress was VERY rude, had a bad attitude when we asked questions, and slammed the change down on the table. She didn’t offer us drinks, so we had to try to get her attention to order something. We left really upset. BAD!! BAD!!! BAD!!! 😡😡😡

The food was great, but the service was very bad. The waitress was extremely rude and got annoyed whenever I asked about the menu. I was really disappointed by the poor customer service. I’ll never go back!

The service was horrible. The lady sold us a Novigo card that didn’t work, so we couldn’t get through. She hid and refused to help. People like that shouldn’t work in a public place!
