We were right in the middle of everything, and the staff even arranged to have a stained sweater cleaned by the next day. The concierge at the front desk was lovely. Our bed was comfortable, the room was spotless, and they did turndown service every day. Breakfast was delicious all seven days, with homemade touches and personal recommendations. Such a pleasant surprise, they were so kind and accommodating. I really didn't want to leave.

The worst part was finding underwear left in the wardrobe by a previous guest. That made it clear the room hadn't been properly cleaned. The pillowcase was dark and stained, there was visible dirt on the bed, and the floors were dirty too. My partner and I were very disappointed. Cleanliness is a basic expectation at a hotel, and this fell short. We hope management improves its hygiene standards.

Having air conditioning in the rooms was important, and the rooms were clean and nice, though a little small. The service was excellent, especially from Mr Ameer. It's a very nice place to stay in Paris, and the location is good.

After visiting most of the countries in Europe, I can say this was one of my best hotel stays. The staff were really polite and helpful. The location was perfect for getting around, about a five-minute walk from the metro and roughly 15 minutes on foot from most of the sights.

The welcome at check-in was warm, and the staff were really friendly. Our room had a comfortable bed and a nice shower. It's a very Parisian-style hotel right in the heart of the city, with lots of cafés and restaurants around. The sights are walkable, and the metro is only two minutes away with connections across Paris. If you want a good hotel in the center, don't think twice.
