Villa M

The room made a big difference to our stay: it was very comfortable and unusually spacious for Paris. It was also clean, thoughtfully laid out, and nicely designed. At Hotel Villa M in Montparnasse, Paris, the service was attentive and professional throughout, with a genuinely welcoming staff. Everything felt just right from arrival to departure. I couldn’t have asked for a better visit, would happily return, and highly recommend it to anyone coming to Paris.

The atmosphere is relaxed and pleasant, and the rooms are nicely decorated, though not especially large. It’s an interesting hotel with modern design and a somewhat different concept. Prices can run a little high, but I had a nice experience.

We liked the beautiful, cozy feel of the place, and the staff were friendly. Everything was clean, and breakfast had a limited selection, though there was still something to eat. The big problem was the water in our room. For all four nights, the shower was either cold or boiling hot, never a comfortable temperature. That left us with a pretty unpleasant impression, and we wouldn’t want to come back.

We chose this restaurant for dinner with my children because it’s part of a four-star hotel and had good reviews. The music and atmosphere seemed pleasant, so I expected a clean, professional meal. What happened was shocking and disgusting. We saw a mouse walking around in the kitchen. Three people working there clearly noticed it and acted as if this were normal. When we began recording because we couldn’t believe what we were seeing, the chef came over and stepped on the mouse in front of us. It was deeply disturbing, especially with my children there. I went to find the manager, but was told they weren’t there. Instead of taking it seriously, staff casually said they try to kill the mice every day, but there are always two or three left. Hearing that from a restaurant in a four-star hotel is unbelievable. The situation was unhygienic, unsafe, and unacceptable. I lost my appetite immediately, and when I got home I felt so sick with disgust that I felt like vomiting. No customer should have to see this, especially at a place claiming to belong to a four-star hotel. I expect a full refund for the meal, which ruined our evening. I also strongly believe the proper health authorities should investigate.
