The apartment was filthy and had no ventilation, and we were left stranded at 1 AM, having to find and pay for somewhere else to stay. Our reservation was cancelled when we arrived, with no communication at all. After we finally reached someone, they said the cleaner couldn't make it. I'm still chasing a refund in September. Absolutely unacceptable. Avoid this company, do not book with them.

If I could give them zero out of five, I would. My friend was visiting from Australia for the first time in Europe, and we were in Paris for just 24 hours. Seventy-two hours before we arrived, we were told maintenance work was happening at our original hotel and we'd been moved to another place that would've cost almost 100€ less, with no money returned. When we got there, all the security gates, even the door to our hallway, were unlocked for anyone to enter. The bathroom sink didn't work properly, and we found a lot of hair on the bed and pillows. We called to request a refund and leave because the place felt unsafe and unclean. They promised a full refund, and we have a video recording. It's been 51 days since then, with lots of WhatsApp conversations, and still no refund. Their accounts team was apparently “on leave,” and they've been vague and avoidant. On day 51, after I contacted them yet again, they decided they'd give us 10%, which isn't what they agreed to. We have proof of the original phone call. Don't stay here. It's a scam.

The location and customer service earned it three stars for me. There are several metro stations within a five-minute walk, and Montmarte is only a 15-20 minute walk away. Customer service was fine and replied quickly on WhatsApp. The place was clean, though the shower drain smelled a bit. We needed a two-bedroom flat, but the advertised photos made it look like a comfortable apartment. In reality it was very small and really uncomfortable. The kitchen was just a corner in our bedroom, with the sockets for the kettle and coffee machine above our heads in a cupboard. If someone was sitting at the tiny table in front of the kitchen cupboards, you couldn't open the fridge or reach the bin. The sink was so small it was hard to wash dishes without splashing water everywhere. I think it's okay for three people for one night, but otherwise it's uncomfortable. Without the location and customer service, I'd have given it two stars.

They cancelled my reservation on the day I was due to arrive, leaving me with no other option. They said the apartment had been double-booked but offered no solution. Customer service was useless. All they did was apologize and tell me to find another apartment on Booking, as if that were some great tip. Don't book here unless you want to end up without a place to stay during your time in Paris.
