The bed was hard as a rock, the bedding felt really scratchy, and the only pillow was about the size of a throw pillow. The rooms looked nothing like the photos and smelled like sewage mixed with heavy perfume. The hotel says to contact them by WhatsApp or email, but I never got a response to any of my questions. Checkout was at 11, yet the maid banged on my door every 15 minutes starting at 10 while I was still getting ready to leave. They also demand the tourist fee in cash only. Put it in the room rate; tourists already pay a lot in charges to withdraw cash. Great location is the only thing this place has going for it. I wouldn’t recommend it.

Check-in and checkout were smooth, and the room was small but comfortable. It was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the location was perfect. Everything you need for a short stay is there.

The room was clean, and the cleaner was genuinely kind. Check-in was easy and the location is excellent. But the stay became extremely stressful, and I wouldn’t come back. The first night was the main problem. Guests on the fifth floor, I don’t know which room, were showering, banging around, shouting and screaming until about 3 a.m. I messaged the WhatsApp support number. They said there was no one on-site to speak to the guests and asked me to go upstairs and confront them myself. I said I wasn’t willing to do that and asked the hotel to step in. They refused and offered no further help. We had to get up at 7 a.m. to return to the UK for Disney, so the lost sleep really affected our plans. Hotels.com also told me to contact the hotel again, even though there was no staff there overnight. When something serious happened, I had no meaningful support or protection. The next day, after we’d already left for Disney, someone left a handwritten apology and a small box of chocolates at the door. I appreciated the gesture, but it didn’t make up for the sleepless night or the lack of action when I needed help. There are other issues, too. The name on the building doesn’t match the hotel name, which made it confusing to find after travelling. The rooms are extremely small, and two people would struggle. Amenities also vary between rooms. Mine was clean and had what I needed, but that doesn’t seem consistent. The bedding was worn, and while the room itself was clean, the stairs and shared areas were dirty. The location is excellent, but management handled a serious situation terribly. There’s no overnight on-site staff, and you may be left to deal with disturbances yourself. I wouldn’t stay again, and I won’t use Hotels.com either.

The location is the one small redeeming point. Otherwise, I’d look elsewhere. The lobby and hallways smelled of sewage, and the rooms were barely big enough for two. Our sheets and towels were old and dirty, with blood stains on ours. Only one outlet worked in the room, and the elevator has a 200 kg limit. Do not stay here.
