Zoku Paris

A very overdue shoutout to Leslie. She was so knowledgeable, friendly and helpful, and even found and booked a hair salon for me and arranged the appointment. I’m grateful she shared the ins and outs of Paris for my August visits. Please give her the recognition she deserves.

I spent about six weeks at Zoku Hotels while moving to a new country and looking for a permanent home. I needed somewhere efficient and comfortable, and it delivered on both. The place is well managed, and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Getting around is easy too, with Metro lines 13&14 and the tram about a minute’s walk away. The minimalist rooms are smartly designed, cosy and practical for everyday living, with everything well equipped. I’ll miss the place now that I’m moving into my permanent home. I’m taking good memories with me: hosting friends, eating at the rooftop restaurant and working in the co-working space. Highly recommended if you want a comfortable, well designed stay.

After more than six weeks at Zoku Paris, it really felt like home. The team were warm and helpful every time, and Anne-Cécile and Özgür deserve a special mention. They guided us around Paris, including local areas, shopping and restaurants, and treated us with real warmth. The room was modern and thoughtfully designed, with everything we needed, including a well equipped kitchen. Daily life was easy, thanks to the simple digital gym and laundry setup. We also enjoyed good food and drinks, evening music at the restaurant, and the peaceful co-working area. I’d highly recommend it for either a short or long stay if you want comfort, convenience and a welcoming community.

The loft room had everything we needed, and the staff were very friendly. The metro is close by, and we enjoyed our four-night stay at Zoku last week. The parking information in the booking ad was a big issue for us. It said there was parking, but when we arrived we were told to use a public garage about an 8-minute walk away, and it was very expensive. We’d mainly booked the hotel because we thought parking was available, and without parking included in the price, the hotel is very expensive. At the desk, we complained and were told, “we have asked booking.com many times to remove that there is a parking but they haven’t, not our fault”. Breakfast was very basic, very dry and exactly the same each day. We regretted adding it. We enjoyed the short stay, but these two things need improvement, especially for what you pay.
