I was really disappointed by how this was handled, and I wouldn’t recommend the place. I booked a night for my parents and paid the deposit, tourist tax, and booking site fees. The confirmation showed the remaining balance clearly, and the owner messaged me on arrival day to ask whether they’d pay it in cash or by bank transfer. Nothing suggested there would be another charge; the price included everything. But when my parents arrived, she charged them extra. Since they hadn’t made the booking, they thought I’d made a mistake. After their stay I sent the owner the documents to explain, but she wouldn’t listen.

The room was spotless and really comfortable, and breakfast was generous. We also had such a warm welcome from the very friendly owners. Thanks so much for sharing this time with us.

The breakfast was generous and included homemade things, and we got good tips about places to visit. Pascale and her husband were welcoming, helpful, and attentive throughout our very pleasant stay.

It’s in a peaceful, quiet spot, and the homemade breakfast was excellent. Pascale and her husband were welcoming and kind, always ready to help if we ran into any problems.

There are cameras all over the residence, and the monitoring felt even tighter than being in police custody. Hospitality doesn’t seem to be part of the staff’s vocabulary, and be warned, gifts come at a price.
