The rooms were very clean, and breakfast was simple but clean too, enough for me. Still, I wouldn’t stay here unless the price were very low. The heating couldn’t be switched off, and opening the windows let in truck noise. You need your own car, since there’s no public transport. A ride to delvella station, about 2 km away, costs 7 Euro at night and 10 euro in the daytime.

The place was peaceful and worth the price. Breakfast was generous and acceptable in quality. We arrived late, but there was a 24-hour reception on the other side of the parking area. Our room hadn’t been cleaned or prepared, but they replaced it quickly.

The receptionist was surly and unhelpful when we arrived, the restaurant was closed, and there was no milk for the coffee in the room. The bathroom was dirty, as shown in the photo. One to avoid! Louvre hotels need to review their operating standards.

A disabled room with the shower in the bath? Come on. We got one decaf coffee and one regular, with a plastic spoon and cardboard cups to share. The cheaper Premiere Classe is much better.

The room was acceptable, but really cramped, and breakfast was ridiculously bad.
