The bed and pillows were fairly comfortable, and the receptionist was very helpful. Breakfast was a basic buffet, but the products were good quality. The hotel is convenient for visiting Pau and not too pricey, though it doesn't feel like a four-star place. Parking and breakfast are included.

The staff were lovely and very helpful, and the location is very central. I stayed three nights. Breakfast was very basic, with not a vegetable in sight, and the fitness room was extremely modest. The hotel is very dated, so the room looks dirty even though it isn't. The bathtub and carpet look at least 25 years old. The heating was turned all the way up despite it being 20 degrees outside, and there was no way to switch it off in the room. The AC wasn't working, so there was no way to bring the temperature down.

We loved how clean everything was and the front desk service was great. Everything else was great too. My only complaint is breakfast, which felt a bit overpriced for the choices.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the staff were very helpful. This is a very nice hotel near the center of Pau. Breakfast had a great selection. Parking is safe in an enclosed car park, with canopies over the spaces, which was ideal for motorcycles.
