We stayed for a couple of days in August and had a great time. Laurie and Rodolphe were lovely hosts, and Rodolphe gave us helpful tips on nearby hikes and local restaurants. The house is charming, and our room was clean and very comfortable. They also cooked a great dinner for everyone staying there. We highly recommend it and hope to come back.

It was our second visit, this time for three weeks in August, and we felt right at home. Laurie and Rodolphe gave us a wonderfully friendly and professional welcome. Their teenagers, Eva and Romane, were cheerful, smart, and so helpful. The rooms were clean and fresh, and the kitchen was practical. If anything was missing, our hosts would provide it. It’s also great with young children, who can safely run around in the garden.

Rodolphe gave us a warm welcome, and the renovated property was in excellent shape. The gîte is charming and close to all the main activity spots. We spent our last weekend here and would gladly return.

We know this region well and visit often, but staying at Clot Saint Joseph was a lovely discovery. Our Ourika room was very spacious, with a little corner terrace and magnificent views of Pelvoux on one side and Puy Saint Vincent on the other. The guesthouse is full of character in a beautifully restored 1800s chalet. Laury and Rodolphe were delightful hosts, and the varied table d’hôtes was lovely. Breakfast always included a homemade cake, and friendly chats with our hosts made for a cheerful start to the day. We’ll gladly come back.
