Didier and Sylvie treated us like old friends, and we shared lovely meals and laughs. Their little apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed. It was such a joy to stay here, with kindness all around, and hard to leave. Highly recommended, though maybe not too loudly or we'll have no room next time! 😂

The general strike in France meant we couldn't travel, and our reservation wasn't refundable free of charge under the usual terms. We explained what had happened to the host by email, and were very surprised when they made an exception and refunded us in full. It's good to know there are still fair, accommodating hosts. Thank you so much, Sylvie Madranges! If we rearrange our Brittany trip, we'll definitely book La Dunette again.

The peaceful setting and comfortable, spacious rooms, decorated with real taste, made this a very relaxing stay. Sylvie's cooking was divine, from aperitif to dessert, with local produce, homemade breakfast jams and spreads, and especially that salted caramel. The Michelin Guide missed a female chef in Penmarc'h! We also loved chatting about all kinds of things. A real treat. Thank you.
