Hôtel Le Blanche neige

The hotel felt like a big family home. The staff brought guests who didn’t know each other together, and we left with lovely memories and new friends. The food was excellent, and the cleaning and food service were great as well. Our room was very nice, and the location made it easy to get around, especially by public transport to the ski area. A special thank you to the hotel director, Yelena, who put in a lot of effort to make the day special for my wife and me, and for many others during our stay.

Avoid this place at all costs. This was the worst hotel we’ve ever experienced. The people there were completely drunk and racist, and acted aggressively toward us even though we had small children with us. We were terrified they might come into our room during the night and attack us, so we didn’t sleep. There was a police station nearby, which made us feel a little safer in case something happened. We had to flee that hell early the next morning. Nothing more to add.

The staff were so friendly, and the atmosphere was lovely, with great music. I’ve been in France for years and that was the best raclette I’ve had. They paid such nice attention to the details too.

It was late, dark, and I was cold when they welcomed me in and made me feel at home. I’d just had a terrible experience with an accommodation scam down the road and was in tears. The hotel is lovely, and the staff were so welcoming. I can’t thank them enough.
