The room was on the small side, as you'd expect in a city center hotel, but it was clean and modern, with a comfortable bed. The location is excellent, just a few steps from the town center, where there are plenty of places to eat since the hotel has no restaurant. There's a nice little bar and breakfast area, and the staff were friendly, polite, and keen to help.

We arrived early, left our bags, and came back later to check in. The staff were helpful, and the hotel is very close to the town center. The room was plenty big enough for my son and me, with twin beds. It was beautifully clean, had air conditioning, and the shower had lots of hot water. We'd definitely stay again.

We were there for three nights in June 2024 during a bike trip. The compact room had everything we needed, the breakfast was excellent, and the WiFi was superb. Périgueux is a great base for getting around on foot, including to a laundromat a couple of blocks away. Our bikes had no covered, secure parking, so I deducted a star for service. The bed was too firm for us, though that's just personal preference.

The hotel is really easy to get around from, and the staff were welcoming and accommodating. Our room looked newly painted and felt very modern. Breakfast was tasty and had a good variety. We couldn't connect to the Samsung TV, but that's only a problem if you really want to kick back.

The woman covering reception in the evening when we went to the bar was great and friendly. The first receptionist, though nicely dressed, seemed aloof and wasn't very friendly throughout our stay. We showed her that the emergency diagram on our door was for room 408, not our room, 415. Since our exits were across the hall, we would have struggled to get out in an emergency. She wasn't concerned and brushed us off.
