La Porte De Bretagne

We’ve stayed here twice over 7 years, and each visit has been a calm stretch of French quality before the rush to the ferry. A real gem for respectful visitors, and friendly to motorcyclists.

Everything's great! There's even a friendly dog and a friendly cat!

Fantastic service and food.

Laetitia, Thierry, and their sweet dog, Hector, gave us an incredibly warm welcome as soon as we arrived. The short tour was clear, and everything had been thoughtfully arranged from the start. We were given a handy form to mark our breakfast choices and preferred eating time. The room made us say “wow.” Its interior was beautiful and the atmosphere felt just right. I, Frederik, usually lean toward high-end modern or Japandi style, so I was pleasantly surprised by the decor. Learning about the house and furniture's history, and seeing how much care and hard work had gone into everything, made me appreciate what the owners have built even more. We slept fantastically. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and having air conditioning in the room was a big plus. In the morning, a truly royal breakfast was waiting downstairs. Every detail seemed considered, and it all tasted delicious. This stay was a lovely way to finish our vacation and a special moment for celebrating my mother's birthday. Laetitia and Thierry, keep your passion. You're doing a fantastic job! We're already fans, and we'll definitely come back and recommend the place to others. If we could, we'd give this B&B more than 5 stars, because the experience was worth more than the maximum score we can leave.
