Chateau La Tour Apollinaire

We loved staying at this beautiful chateau in Perpignan. The gardens are glorious, and the pool has a view. It's a unique place, and stepping through the gate feels like entering a lush, floral secret garden in the middle of the city. There's a little pond to sit beside and plenty of tucked-away spots to enjoy the greenery. The chateau itself is gorgeous, pretty and spacious. You can imagine all the history, parties, and fun that have taken place there. We've stayed more than once because it's such a special experience.

My boyfriend and I stayed at this beautiful place last August, and we couldn't have been happier with our time there. The garden and pool were amazing, the area was quiet, and the rooms were stylish, comfortable, and very clean. We were welcomed and looked after so warmly, and the place is very close to the Perpignan city center.

The grounds were full of interesting plants, and our room had big windows looking out over all that space. The accommodation felt stylish and comfortable. We walked across the bridge into Perpignan for coffee and meals, especially enjoying the cafes by the river. A nearby small supermarket made self-catering easy. We had a great few days at Chateau la Tour Apollinaire.

We spent a very enjoyable week here. It was an easy walk into central Perpignan, with shops and restaurants close by. Back at the property, we liked the spacious, charming rooms, the inviting grounds, and the clean, refreshing pool. A lovely base for exploring the city and surrounding area. Highly recommend.
