Comfort Inn

The room was warm and comfortable, and breakfast was excellent. Most of the staff were helpful, but the receptionist was on the phone and didn’t want to be interrupted. She said she was talking to the boss.

The place was clean, with a nice room and a good breakfast. It was also well priced and conveniently located for the airport. The front desk were especially helpful and accommodating when they arranged a large taxi so we could take our bikes to the airport. I’d definitely recommend it.

The bed was comfortable, and being able to bring a dog was a real plus, which is why I’ve given two stars. The bathroom smell was beyond awful, and the sink drain was broken. You can also hear the highway nearby very clearly. I stayed here once, but I won’t come back.

The bedroom was fine, if nothing fancy, and the staff were friendly, professional, and keen to help. We arrived late at night, and the young man at reception welcomed us and offered tips on nearby places to eat. He also said he was available if we needed anything during the night or came back late. The young woman on the day shift was just as friendly and accommodating. There were no eggs left at breakfast, so she made some for us when we asked. A few small things could be better: there’s no lift to help get bags to the upper floors, the breakfast room floor was a bit sticky and dirty, and the bathroom had no toilet soap or shampoo. Still, we were pleased with the room and service, and especially with how courteous and available the staff were. Thank you.
