Suites Coronell d'En Vila

The most frustrating part was finding out at checkout what we were expected to do. Agoda did not clearly or honestly explain the requirements: empty every bin and take the rubbish outside the flat, wash the used dishes and glasses and put them away neatly, and return the furniture to its original positions. For the price, that felt unreasonable. If we had known about this process, we wouldn't have booked. We did appreciate that the host replied quickly when we reported problems, but none of them was properly sorted out. The fridge was supposedly fixed, then froze everything inside, and the internet stayed weak for the whole stay. The lack of transparency and unresolved issues made this a very disappointing experience. I wouldn't recommend booking unless these problems are actually addressed.
